Not being a fan of squirrels (Evil Snatchers of almost-ripe hazelnuts that they are!) I began scrolling down with my mouth twisted into firm disapproval. By the end, my mouth was smirking and smiling at your little furry friends. Definitely sales potential in these photos.
Not that I'll be putting out bowls of fruit for the neighborhood squirrels any time soon, you understand.
I thought of you when I was taking the pictures and remembered about your hazel nuts! I know what you mean, for sure. Maybe you remember a few years ago they destroyed my 19 orchids that I had hanging in the oak tree in just a couple of days, and they were all in full bloom! I really had a huge dislike for them then and wouldn't have minded if some hawks came and thinned them out. But anyways, I'm glad your heart was softened a bit, too, and you got a kick out of the pictures. I thought about printing a few of them, too. There's got to be some squirrel lovers out there.... :))

Those are quite the photos. You must use a really fine micro on that camera of yours.

Thanks, I used my 150-400mm lens, so I could keep my distance.

And you took such good photos of them, too. I would title #9 'Caught in the Act' :)
