It was gloomy, rainy and overcast most of the day. I did sit outside for a short time and watched as this Mourning Dove landed in the birdbath (that was once a tree). I thought his expression and the way he stared at the cast metal birds kind of interesting. The photos really set the mood of the day. Hoping for some sunshine tomorrow......

Funny how we both had rainy days. I hope you get a better day tomorrow, especially if you're doing a photo shoot of the basketball girls!

I hope your window installation all goes without a hitch. You should have a much warmer house then and lower power bills.

Thanks, Beth. They are really sweet birds.

The basketball photo shoot was all indoors in the auditorium. A different kind of light than what I am used to, but it all turned out okay.

Windows and doors have been postponed until Monday. Our bills have already been lowered substantially with what we did last year and this should help even more.
