The last week or so has just whizzed by like a race car driver! Pete had his shoulder surgery, it all went well and he now has a brand new shoulder. The home therapist has been coming twice a week and then in November he will start PT at another location

It's good to hear that Pete is doing well.

I'm glad the spoonbills are back. They are a humorous looking bird. You can't help but smile at them.

I smiled the whole time I was there. Others who stopped, smiled, too. They just make you feel good.

He IS doing well, but he is bored. That in itself can be dangerous! He doesn't know what to do with himself and he's not content (like I would be) to just read a book or watch a movie or relax and enjoy the time off.

GREAT news about Pete's shoulder! So glad to hear it went well, that he's off the pain meds, and is keeping active. Hope the P/T goes well also!
