Weatherwise, I love this time of year. I’ve probably mentioned this many times before, but after our hot and humid summer, this is just paradise now. I got up this morning and it was 60. What a pity that someone chose to take the rose from the park! Too often people feel they're more entitled than everyone else. Well ... one can hope that at least it was some youngster taking the bloom for their mom, or something along that line. One can hope.

Our autumn has been lovely, too. Despite the cold snap in September that made me nervous for the fall weather.

Enjoy your weather.Sitting around a fire with like minded people sounds so nice. Maybe you'll got to do that if it the weather turns a little cooler still.

Maybe a park keeper pruned the rose? It would have been a shock to find it gone.
