Yes, I knew you would. Everytime I see a pair of mallards, I think of them, but none were ever so friendly and sweet as Waddles and Woo Woo.

Thanks for the lunch recommendation. Are both these places on Sanibel? Wow! Every year . . . that would be a great vacation. When was the last time you were there? Did you go there to see the birds and wildlife? I keep reading about going on the Wildlife Trail (I think that's what it's called) and that it's a must for seeing the birds up close. Did you go on that?

Thanks for your beautiful post of Waddles and Woo-Woo. I like the second last one best. I do remember your photos of them, and how sad it was when one was taken (and the other disappeared, didn't it?). I hope you have a very wonderful day at Ding Darling tomorrow. Over 6,00 acres of wildlife refuge - imagine that!
