Perhaps you can swap with someone cooking the non-vegetarian option - it may not be too late and if you know you've done something that is not sensible and can change it then that seems like the right thing to do!
I love the Notebook.

They aren't cooking for non-vegetarians, just buying lots of ready-made lasagna. Plus, I don't have time to cook for 60.

I'll probably be freaking out stressed and nervous and everything anyway.

But I'm glad that you're still around... haven't heard from you for so long, I was getting worried!

Pity they can't buy vegetarian lasagne! (Weird - my friend Erns gave me an aubergine for my 27th birthday so I made vegetarian lasagne last night).
It's funny you are in Chatswood now. My sister used to live there when she first moved out of my place. Actually before my Dad went overseas 7 years ago he worked in Chatswood.

Yeah, but Seumas is vegan now so he doesn't eat lasagna full-stop. :p

Yeah, Chatswood is a black hole that sucks everyone in! ;)

I did not enjoy "The Notebook" because I found the entire initial relationship terrible. Yes, the ending was sweet and romantic, but how did they get from the horrible, unfounded relationship they started with to the people we see at the end? I wanted to see more about how they grew and came to really love each other.

Well, I guess in the original novel they had more time to develop that. And apparently the first cut of the movie went for more than 3 hours, so they cut about a third of it out.

But yeah, now that you've pointed it out...

I guess watching people adjust to each other for 40 years would take another few movies!

true enough

I might read the book at some point. My fiancée has read one of his other books and really liked it.
