I've decided to make these posts Public, as an exercise. I speak to the world.

At the time of this writing, the LiveJournal default header is a photo of peacock feathers. I don't know if that's a reference to vanity publishing or not!

As a challenge to myself to do a lot more writing, I will write something in LiveJournal every day, starting today, Friday, August 6th, 2010!
