Have you seen a doctor? :( Pain that bad could be a sign of something serious. Or she might be able to prescibe something.

Thanks for your concern...My girlie doctor had me on *the pill* for several years and that did help with pain. I check out fine in that region, I have always just been told I have to live with it, kinda. Its either the pill or pain meds. I went off the pill a little over a year ago cuz i was all crazy and it really changed my whole *energy*. Now it is catching up with me and the pain I had in my teens-twenties is coming back every month.

She can prescribe some pain meds, but I hate to take those. I will probably need to in the end though...sigh
