I spent the entire weekend with my Dad and grandparents visiting cousins all over the West of Ireland...most of whom I did not know I had. They were all absolutely delightful, and I learned to make REAL Irish sandwiches with butter and salmon and coleslaw, and drank buckets and buckets of tea, and got served warm whiskey with a little bit of sugar
