I am fully aware of what I'm saying, or else I wouldn't have written it. My priorities wouldn't be what they were if it wasn't important to me.

Fine, but the supplies in HQ could only go so far, so if I smell unpleasant to you it's your own fault for coming. Quite personally, actually. Other than my ankle and hygiene, I'm fine. Stop being upset about it.
