This is an awesome au! Absolutely amazing backstory and detail for a short fic.
I have some questions and ideas that just won't get out of my head after reading this and I think they'd be good sequels if you had the time and motivation to write one.

What is Sam going to do now that he knows?
Is Cas going to team up with them at any point?
Does Dean use his lion form on any hunts?
What's John's reaction?

John and Cas having a showdown and Dean having to pick a side would be amazing!
