Garage sale needed.

If anyone wants to have a group garage sale come Spring -- or sooner -- I am totally in.  Theres way to much frakkin stuff in my garage.  So much so, that there is no room for a car. 
Help.

I'm down with that. The amount of stuff on my "to post on eBay" shelf has just gotten carried away. And I haven't had a real garage sale in ages.

Melissa, what ya lookin' for? I gots PC parts, I gots iPod accessories, I gots an awesome HD video camera, I gots more con schwag and toys than ye can shake a wand at. And craaaazy prices? Did I mention the craaaazy prices?

So much so, that there is no room for a car.

That reminds me. We still need to find someone who wants the landlord's 1970 Corvette that's taking up all the room in our garage. (He gave us December rent for free 'cause he feels bad that it's still there after a year and change. Lucky thing we love the guy.)

So if you know anyone who wants a sweet fix-r-up car, make him an offer and he'll probably take it. :)

I'd say that craigslist would be the way to go for that. You sell it locally, but can reach a lot of people through listings there. I know several people who have successfully sold cars there, and Dan is even planning to sell his Jetta there in the next few weeks.

If it were mine to sell, I'd put it up on eBay Motors. For a collector car like that, especially, you'd get a much better offer from a national audience.

But at this point I think he's just planning on donating to charity or something, just to get rid of it. Which is a shame. It's a nice car.

I'm in! I got rid of so much stuff but I still have too much - and there's nowhere to have a garage sale in my apartment complex.
