The visual tool is excellent, but I'm not sure the ecological soundness/low toxin content of catfish is going to make it taste any less like river mud.

"Switching to smaller fish that are lower on the food chain is an excellent start, but the author, who apparently goes as, ahem, Twilight Greenaway, wonders if significantly lowering our seafood consumption might not be the only truly viable way to save the world's collapsing fisheries."

Ha. I love catfish, actually. But ours are farm raised on an admirable farm and fed at the surface, so they taste a lot cleaner than most.
