I do this thing sometimes where I rock side to side when I'm reading or typing or generally supposed to be sitting still.
Recently I've found myself rocking forwards and backwards. It's mildly disturbing because I don't do this consciously. I'll just be typing and then the next thing I know someone is telling me to be still, so if I'm rocking forwards and I don't know it, I feel like I've already gone crazy.
I have done this my entire life. One of my nicknames in elementary school was Stevie Wonder. Never told a doctor about it but I think it might be in the same neighborhood as Restless Legs Syndrome. Which most of my family has and my mama calls rocking yourself to sleep.
