It was total idiocy on my part Tracie. The gloves were right there, in front of me and I just thought ... oh, I don't need those, I've done this a million times! I guess I'll be wearing gloves for this type of stuff from now on!

Yeah, I'm lucky! They're really nice and they don't stick their noses in at all, even though they live so close! But whenever we need something, they're right there!

Well I'll be getting the stitches out next week so hopefully by then, I will have healed by then!

I sliced my middle finger open on a pull-top soup lid (the things are EVIL). It wasn't bad enough to need stitches... but there is a definite scar. Made playing the piano (a daily thing with my job) a real challenge, too. But it was a year and a half ago, so all is well now. :)
