... especially since I still had to finish my holmestice assignment... I feel a bit sorry for my recipient now because although the request was pretty awesome and I loved it a lot, I feel I haven't done a very good job actually translating my ideas into a proper story. If it makes you feel any better, last Christmas I was granted an extension over the holidays for two essays because of personal issues. I left them until the last week, during which I wasted time trying to choose a question - and then, in the last few days, I got sick! It was all systems go to get the damn things finished; I missed the Sherlock finale and was working into the wee hours on the second essay the night before the deadline. I was not expecting to get ill.

So, yeah, I've been there. Feel better. And I'm sure you have done a good job; it's clear you've tried and you can't do anymore.

Aw, thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad I'm not alone with this problem - on the other hand, I'm sad you had to experience it, too... But thanks anyway, you've cheered me up a little. :-)

It's the weather for it, I was sick two weeks ago as well. I hope you feel better soon! Hope you also did get my PM, but if you're ill you've got other things to worry about. :)

Your welcome. :) And that's all right, I didn't expect to send anything until December anyway. *g* Now I've written two other short fics as well, but I'll wait with sending them until you've had time for the first one. I so appreciate that you're willing to beta. :)

I hope you get better soon, it's always so annyoing to be ill! Especially over the weekend.
