Holiday Exchanges

Hard to believe it's that time of year already... But sign-ups for some of my favourite holiday exchanges have just opened or will open soon.

I'm especially excited about sherlockmas this time as I will co-mod this exchange! *so excited* So come all over and sign-up for some weeks of fun! :-D

Yeah, I am both looking forward to it and a bit scared at the same time! ^^

But well, they were looking for volunteers and I thought I could try... I hope it'll be more fun than scary - but knowing this particular exchange for the last year, it seems like one of the less hectic and particularly well organized ones. Hopefully it'll stay this way. :-P

Are you going to participate in holmestice again, too?

I'm hesitating. I'm already signed up (or about to sign up in the case of yuletide) for three other exchanges. The due dates are quite spread out, though: 1st November, 13th December and 19th December. So Holmestice fits in quite nicely, being due on 23rd November... How about you?

I don't really know the Sherlock fandom, but I had heard of Sherlockmas - though maybe that was only through your posts about it! I'll have to go have a look how it's going when you start posting!

I think I'll participate in Holmestice again. I always really like the variety of fic there with all the different Holmes' universes (and I want to request Neil Gaiman's "A Study in Emerald" this time ^^). But I share your hesitation - with sherlockmas and yuletide I guess I'll be pretty busy again... On the other hand Holmestice's due date is much earlier than for the other two exchanges, so I guess it might not be impossible after all. ;-)

Sherlockmas will only start posting on December 23, but I can remind you again if you want. Or quite possibly I'll take being a co-mod a bit too seriously anyway and I'll spam my f-list with sherlockmas posts in general... :-P

(On a side note: Your Vetinari drabble is finished! I'll post it sometime soon tonight, so look out for it. :-) )
