One of the ways that MIT tries to help its FSILGs (Fraternities, Sororities, and Independent Living Groups) is through the Independent Residence Development Fund, or IRDF. Hm...if you actually wanted to apply for that, you might be able to convince me to help. I could definitely see trying to get Chapter Room reclassified. I'm not sure about the others.
