Absolutely! I'm actually trying to finish this painting as quickly as I can because I need my new design to be ready for a convention I have on the 14th of November, so I will should have my cards in hand before that date.

I have to say thank you so much for sharing your process on this piece! Its really wonderful to get to see it built up to its final stage - I love getting the chance to appreciate the finer steps you take to pull everything together.
I actually do a color test in photoshop before I start, because I could never choose colors as I go. (I used to do it, but I would end of getting it wrong sometimes and it would frustrate me a lot!)
The inks I use are acrylic based. It's not a airbrush type of ink, it's actually specifically for nibs. It's the Liquitiex Liquid Acrylics brand. The bottles look like this:
Very easy to use with a nib! And they have a good range of colours too. Fairly waterproof. (they might fade a little if I do many many washes, but it's rarely the case)

Photoshop colors tests sound like a great idea~~ I really should adopt that step. XD;! It would definitely save me a lot of heartache (and headache) !
