So this is the list I started a little over a year ago (more for myself than anyone else to see how many books I really read in a year). It spans 13 months because December of '06 was a particularly good reading month

I LOVED Wicked! It surprised me that anyone could say yuck to it. It is weird, but so wonderfully written.

I don't know. Yuck is probably too strong a word. I just thought it was unnecessarily graphic just to be graphic sometimes. Like when he likens the mountain range they're going into to a woman laying on her back and they're walking up between her legs. . . seriously, what's the purpose of that metaphor?

But overall, yes it was very well written, just not my preference for writing. And the story didn't end at all like I wanted it to, which made me mad :-p

Impressive list. I believed you when you said you read a lot but man! If I were to keep a list for the past 3 or 4 years I might come close to this.
