Just thought I'd comment on the proposed EA Boycott. Besides informing EA of the reason you've decided to Boycott them it is important to combine that with a replacement equivalent purchase (or purchases depending on your typical spending levels) of a game from a competing game studio. Otherwise lowering product demand (games) simply lowers labor demand (the programmers) and thus their market based wages. But if industry wide game demand stays the same (or increases) and more of the market share goes to other game development studios then simple laws of supply and demand will require EA to offer a better overall compensation package in order to keep their talented workers and stay competitive.

I work for EA and recently found out that now I'm not salary anymore due to this essay being put out on the internet. This has caused my yearly bonus and stock option to be taken away also. Plus, I can't work overtime either. I understand where your problem is with EA and working their employees late but now you've made things worse for EA employees like myself. Now I will make less money and my nest egg I was creating through stock option is over. Hopefully you and your "SPOUSE" are happy to have created this for us EA employees that didn't mind the extra we had to put in to make a future for ourselves. Next time you should write about how we should could keep to ourselves and mind your own business.

And what would you do if the same thing happened to you? Don't tell me nothing coz that's BS, working 7 day weeks overtime with no compensation and you'll put up with that?

Some people are so self-centred they can't think about anything else but themselves.

Troll! If they reclassified you, they can't take away the stock options you already had. And they haven't given out bonuses yet this year, toolio.

On the simes busten out please do not make a meter for the items you buy.Same with walls or aniny thing eles.So bottom line no metter in any of the simes games ever again please.Thank you if you do it.
