This is what I have to start telling myself. Otherwise I end up the way I am now.. I've been run down for months but got the flu last weekend (still not completely over it) and had a migraine yesterday which has still not completely gone away (must get off the computer). I think somewhere in all that you messaged me but I can't remember when it was or if it even was you so I'm sorry :( (again)

I understand when work is crazy - I don't mind just msging now and then whether you get to respond or not. I know we'll always catch each other sometime.

Knowing your limits at work is a good thing and I'm glad that I only have a few stressful times. I wouldn't be able to deal if I was always stressed.
