At my last job, I spent the last few years doing business with the city of SF as a consultant.

I will never ever do it again. It's unbelievably difficult to work with them, and if they give such a hard time to companies they hire, I can't imagine what it's like to get permission to operate a business within the city.

That job, damn it, came close to making me a Republican. Ptooey.
