I'm currently wearing wedge espadrilles to work in, and even though they're high, they're comfy as hell - up until I take them off, and then my feet hurt. I have no comments on the boots, but think if you can find the money to buy sooner, rather than later, you'll be happy you made that decision. I just plunked down $115 on a pair of Danskos, and I am so glad I did. I had been in so much pain with my increased amount of walking. It was a good decision. I think you'll find it would be too.

Have you checked out DSW on Powell? Last time B & I were in, they had a bunch of different Docs, for very reasonable prices (way less than normal retail).
