When I first read "canned beans", I thought you meant like green beans. And was like "OMG, you freak, they're disgusting!". But then realized surely you must mean like black beans and pinto beans and stuff. Surely.

Bread machines -- I think this is the most oxymoronic idea in the universe. Bread making is sacred and lovely and .... well you get my point.

Canned vegetables .... the only thing I LIKE is baby canned peas. LOVE them. LOVE Irish oatmeal.

I'm with you on the Phyllo -- but not the garlic. I can't stand the smell of the jarred stuff. But F. buys it and uses it.

Salsa. I will fly out there with some of the fresh-from-my-garden salsa this August. And I dare you to write that sentence again!
