This is a ridiculously hard question to answer.

Honestly, she'd probably be pretty ambivalent about him, just another lawyer. If they got past that, I can see them being friends. She'd probably be suspicious about the embezzling thing, but I'm sure that Alan did a very good job covering his tracks. If they were friends, she'd probably be right there with him, listening when he needed someone to listen, but more often than not, getting him drunk and setting him up with uncomplicated women.

She thinks he's nice, if a little strange. She isn't used to her clients being nice to her. She thinks that if she were to spend more time with him, she could get very attached and she doesn't want that to happen
