Help! Song identification

I need some help with a song identification: last night I heard an English song which was played in the background during a video celebrating Inter CL win. I fell in love with it badly but I don't know neither the title nor the singer and, since the commentator voice is speaking over it, I can't understand the words either.

Does someone recognize it
