I'm very skeptical of a "worldwide" list on which 9 of the 10 places listed are in Canada and the US, but it's still really funny that MSN thinks Ottawa is the eighth worst-dressed city in the world.

I share your skepticism, but I'm in hands down agreement with their selection of Orlando as the worst dressed city in the world. :)

I find it hilarious that they put San Francisco on the list. As a current resident of SF, I definitely think that a lot of other US cities that I have been to (or lived in) are way more deserving of being on this list. I guess it's those damn hippies.

Yeah, I'd say the same about Vancouver. I can think of a few cities in Canada that might warrant consideration first.

Sometimes I get the sense that these lists are probably just written at random, almost, by a guy at MSN.
