I don't know exactly how to feel coming away from reading this piece in today's Globe, but it's... interesting. You should read it.

The aggregator where I first saw it noted that it's a good thing for Bob Rae there's no election coming up (it doesn't mention it in the piece but he's currently the interim Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada), because if there was, ads for the other parties would be on TV every five minutes with phrase "I am Super Elite" in them.

Well, if that story is true, it makes me want to punch Bob Rae in the face.

I'm conflicted though, a little bit, because, like, he didn't exactly do anything wrong. It is an airline policy to give preferential treatment to people who pay the most and fly the most.

Like, I can't exactly fault him for not sitting there like a chump and waiting two hours when he didn't have to.
