How the STM can offer only regular Sunday metro service on New Year's Eve is beyond me. I know of other cities that at least acknowledge that tonight is not a regular Sunday, and that lots of people are going to be out drinking tonight. Agreed. That's ridiculous.

Betcha K-town's doing the same thing tho. Our busses don't run past midnite anyway, and certainly not on a Sunday.

Yeah, I'd expect it in smaller cities, but even Ottawa rolls out some special bus service for New Year's Eve. If Ottawa's doing it, there's no good reason for Montreal not to.

Like I was saying to you on MSN, this is really depressing. You know there's gonna be people who will just be like "oh well I'll stop drinking at 1 and eat something, I should be fine by 3!"
