I've had gum stick to the side of my on the bus before. It's certainly not a pleasant experience.

The "why leave it on top of the seat" part has been puzzling me since last night.

It's like people who piss on the seat in public toilets and don't clean after themselves. Do you think your pee is going to swing itself in the toilet? I mean, maybe with certain steroids, but even then...
