Last episode of Ano Hana was really good albeit a bit over the top at parts. :)

I recommended Wild Swans because you recommended Memoirs of a Geisha to me. It's a true story about 3 generations of women in China. A really good book/ :)

TENOR SAXOPHONE. I used to play that a billion years ago, and I miss it so much.

The girls look like they're May dancing!

May dancing! Around a Maypole (or not). Spring fertility rites? XD

I think you did a lovely job on the saxophone. Oh, and cornerofmadness also used to play tenor sax. XD

YAY FOR LITTLE VOICES IN YOUR HEAD, TOO. :D

I love sad lyrics? I really, really do. They make me happy.

The baby octopus I had I really liked tasted like mushrooms. Yummy.

The Silver Metal Lover is a young adult science fiction story about a very rich sixteen year old girl, Jane, who can have anything she wants...until she falls in love with S.I.L.V.E.R. - a sex robot. Except he's so much more than that. It's a really beautiful book and the first Tanith Lee novel I ever read. It's also out of print, but Amazon.com might be able to find it for you.

The Last Unicorn is a fantasy story about the last unicorn in the world, and her quest to find out what happened to her fellows. On her travels, she is helped by a wizard, Schmendrick, and a woman named Molly Grue. She's turned into a human girl, and falls in love with a prince - only to discover the prince's father has something to do with the disappearance of the unicorns ( ... )
