for this year's fmabigbang challenge, I had an honor of working with mfelizandy and fractured_chaos and their story "Arcanum Parterfamilias". it's an epic tale taking place quite a few years after manga's ending, has some elements originating from first anime, therefore it should be treated more like an AU, than actual following of any series. it mostly takes place in a certain

OMG! I totally LOL'd out loud at Makhu and the puppy! You gave him such a wonderful "Don't f*ck with me" face! Now my roomies are convinced I'm insane (Dunno why it took so long for them to figure that out). And I absolutely adore Asher! Beautiful job.

And I don't know where you get the idea that you can't do action well. All of the action shots look amazing to me!

hahaha I'm glad you did XDD it was supposed to be made for laughs^^ for some reason, I find Makhu incredibly silly who, if he's not in danger, cannot really scare anyone^^; that's why he's so appealing to me^^
phew, thank you! designing the boy was a little difficult, because he also has some mix of Aerugan genes in him, but not to such extend as his father. so yeah, some feature would stay, but some would have to be minimised^^; a tricky character, but I like him, very very much as well!

well, I don't do them as often, so they may look wierd^^; but hey, that's called practice right?^^; thank you for complimenting me!

because you're one of my favourite authors and because you used to draw as well, it makes me a little uneasy^^; it's a complicated feeling. but yes, you should deffinitely consider it as flattering! I feel that way because I respect you^^

wow these are all so nice. I love your sketches, they're so expressive <3 and OMG your full colourpiece is gorgeous!! Its so bright, has so much colour and subtle details. It's different from how I normally see you do your clours, much more of an animation palate. Your backgrounds are always so nice and detailed T.T the detials with the hair braids/weave is so nicely done, i love what you did with it and they red beads at the ends. The motion scene is great and the motion blur in the arm makes it better. Love love love <3

thank you very much! lately it seems like my sketches are more appreciated than my finished pieces XDDD not that I mind, really^^;

about my color piece, some time ago a friend told me, that I usually make my colors grey. like, I use normal color for base but add grey tones for shadows. so I tried to make this one a little differently. and believe me, even when I compared backgrounds only, it is true that my previous works were grey O_o so yeah, if it's surprise for me, it's no wonder that you're surprised too^^; I'm glad it works for you though, thanks alot!

Gha! These are beautiful. I'm pleased to see the Scarred man from Ishbal has taken a name again. Now I'll have to load that story onto my kindle (along with several others) to see how that came about. I love his long hair. Ed and Al are lovely. Love Ed's wedding ring detail. ^_^ I'll have to read to learn what this scene is about. And here I was trying to limit my big bang reading hahah... Now you just sold me on another to read.
