What are you suppose to do when everything that is suppose to keep you hopefull, falls to...?

I am sick of people being unreliable, untrustworthy, useless pieces of crap.

I bend over backwards to make you happy, to guide you in the right direction.
It causes me more hurt than it's worth.

I don't know what to do about it.
