So the transitioning is coming along well. Not great, but well. I've tried a few diff styles. Pin curls are out! Just did not work at all. I kinda sorta tried a braid out. I think I'll wear those when my hair grows out a bit more. For now, nope. I did like the bantu knot out I tried though. The only issues I had were that I think my hair at this

Meh, braids should be fine as long as you keep taking care of your hair while they're in and mind your hairline. You've done braids regularly in the past right? Not a big deal. I have pretty weak hair, didn't take the best care, and my hair has always come out of braids fine

Yeah, though honestly I was hit or miss in the past about how my hair turned out after I had them in. But like you said I'll just be sure to continue moisturizing and everything while I have the braids. I'm sure it'll be fine.

I really like the term nappynet. lol

But yeah, right now I'm just trying to be patient because I know it'll be a lot less frustrating once my hair gets closer to a length I'm comfortable with. I am definitely enjoying getting to know it and seeing my curl pattern emerge.
