Just curious. And wondering if that has any cultural ties or geographical ties. And can you leave a comment describing what it means to you in your own words?

Like... you're not going to be out and about and/or have a million folks over/around. Keeping it low maintenance and no big productions.

i'd guess it means that you'd be staying home alone or with family. But probably alone.

it means not alot of fanfare or fuss, possibly spending it alone or with a close friend or family member..no crowds.

To me, it means that you are going to be at home, either by yourself or with whomever else lives there. But it's exclusive and lowkey. And it means, "Don't stop by my house (but in a nice way)."

I'd assume it either meant you would be dining with a very small group of people or alone, but I wouldn't know for sure what your plans were.
