i don't foresee a big change either. my dirty little secret is that i haven't read up on a single issue or about any candidates, don't follow the news or cnn coverage about the election, and in general just haven't gotten too excited about anything. i'll vote for obama come next nov. (not that it matters since i'm in dc) but it's not really an informed decision. but i'm ok with that. i also accept the fact that no president could ever really usher in the kind of sweeping social change this country needs.

i was thinking about this today... i only see it as one step in many that need to be taken, the changes that need to take place will take generations... so i'm interested but, not really excited... status quo can kiss my ass and he represents a break in status quo to me...
