DUDE.

I don't read Prowl/Jazz all that often -- not because I hate it or anything, but because it doesn't tend to interest me all that much, as most of it reads along similar lines. (And also neither character is one of my must-read characters, which, okay, makes a huge difference. XD )

Thank you for doing something different with them. I like this a lot.

=D!!

I have to say the same is true for me. I like Prowl and I like Jazz, but I don't love them like burning like I do, say, Ratchet or Wheeljack.

I'm glad you liked =D DIFFERENT IS WHAT I AIM FOR (most of the time >>;)

Now THERE's a twist on the usual... instead of Jazz being the one who's "monochrome", and all mysterious past - it's Prowl.

Well done!

*snerk*

I admit to being irked by one 'OMG JAZZ'S VISOR COVERS DECEPTICON EYES AND HE'S REALLY AN EX-CON LULZ' fic too many. Plus, Jazz is already a saboteur. Having him be Monochrome would've been to easy ;D

Thanks!!

So much LOVE. *pets the fic* I like, oh yes, partly because it's different, and partly because I have a huge, huge weakness for the concept of two people getting together for other reasons and then falling love, or at least finding it works. And I like the ambiguity - it did occur to me that it could be Prowl getting the assignment, not Jazz, but the dynamic you wrote between them was sufficiently two-way that I couldn't be sure until the end. I also like the fact that Prowl's assignment is to keep Jazz stable and happy, not to undermine him. And the slightly uncomfortable undertones in the use of the word "handler" for Prowl just add a nice fritz of darkness.

Thank you!

I'm not a big believer in love-at-first-sight either, myself. It's partly why I'm such a big Wheeljack/Ratchet fan. They're almost always written as friends first and lovers later. It's so much more satisfying that way.

Hah, I'm glad that I kept you guessing! I was aiming for that type of 'wait... which one is the spy?!' atmosphere.

Hah, I'm a walking contradiction, because I do ALSO have a huge thing for love-at-first-sight done well. :D But the whole arranged-marriage/assignment-to-seduce-someone thing is a separate kink of mine.

There's something to be said for both, but with Jazz/Prowl in particular, I could never see it happening. They're too different for me to be able to see it.

With something like Optimus/Elita-One, though, love at first sight is highly possible in my brain, if not a set part of canon XD;;

NNNGH YES.

There's so much fluff for this pairing I think I've lost two molars just trying to see the appeal. No one ever bothers to give them a background story of how they got together. They just are because they look good and now, bend bitch, we are injecting you with fluff like it or not.

But yours makes sense and it's so awesome 65e757i5jyuf ♥ Everything Toast touches turns awesome!
