I know the scar is noticeable to you but it really isn't THAT noticeable. As for the potential tattoo of course it's your decision, but I think it takes away from your face and figure. It's just a bit too much imho.

From what I can see, it does look pretty cool. You'll probably want to "live with it" for a while and see whether you still love the octopus idea in a couple weeks.
