Greetings. Today is Rations Allocation day. If you don't know what to do, go ask someone to take you by the hand and show you. Because this isn't self explanatory at all, is it.
Anyway, Rations will be held outside in Victory Square. Go say hello to it. I'm sure you haven't seen it since you showed up, yeah? And now for announcements.
All observances for Saraki and Hretsy must be made to avoid unsettling the natives. If you are not observing the holidays, you will be detained. The Salvage Run begins on March 11th. Currently, all employees of Cid's, convicts and volunteers are going. If you wish to volunteer, please inform Lt. Maes Hughes. The location of Salvage will be Chernihiv.
Alternate housing applications are now open. They are due March 15th.
Oh, and... by the way? That aroma you're smelling is from outside. Stay away from the walls, and when the rest of us say keep your asses inside? Keep your asses inside.
