[Not too much of a difference from when he's not on the job. Roy's out on the town, keeping an eye on things, just generally surveying the area, catching as many details as he could without seeming suspicious. His face is, as ever, carefully controlled as he patrols. His eyes are quick and catch most signs of movement, even in the shadows

Where's Briggs? Is it where you were from?

[Though the question surprises him, your presence doesn't, and he answers quite calmly.]

Not exactly. Briggs was the northern part of my country. I was from the east.

Oh, I see! It's kind of like Tokyo being a part of Japan. Is Briggs this cold as well?

Usually colder, if my memory serves.

I don't recall ever getting your name the last time we met.

Roxas. What brings you out this winter night?

Briggs, sir? -=Walking by, trying to take a peek at some of the restricted sectors.=-

One of the regions of my former country. Briggs had, by far, the worst winters of the country.

[The ponytail threw him off, but now that he's gotten a closer look... He does a doubletake and hesitates.]

Hmm? -=looks confused for a moment.= Yes? You're General Mustang, aren't you? Granny said you came to see me when I was recovering. -=tilts his head to the side.=- But you don't have the eye patch.

I am Mustang, but I'm not a general. I was still only a colonel before coming here. When were you recovering, and why would I have an eye patch?

[He's just as confused as you are.]

Not exactly. I was just commenting that it's fairly cold here. Briggs was the only place in my country that would become this cold.

So, a relatively warm climate. Sounds like a pleasant place to live. So... Anything interesting happen lately, or is it mostly just working?

I wouldn't say Central was warm. More like moderate. Though, the east definitely was warm, especially so around the deserts.
