[Official: Candy Whitman + Asst: Maes Hughes] May 26th, 1952: Rations Allocation Day
Ah-ha! As it's once again that time of the week, the intercom system kicks on with that annoying crackle and feedback most residents know all too well. Surprisingly, it's not a brash, male voice that greets everybody on this day, but a soft, apologetic voice of the sweet Ms. Candy Whitman, Social Services Official notabilis.
"Good Morning Veles," she begins, clearing her throat softly before continuing a bit stronger in voice. "Today is Saturday, May twenty-sixth; Rations Allocation Day." A tiny chuckle barely reaches the mic. "Or, as some have nicknamed it, RADS."
"We will be set up at the eastern-side of Victory Square today from 3:30pm until 9:00pm. Please remember to bring your identification bracelets, as those who are found to be without will be taken into Police custody for questioning. If you have misplaced your bracelet, please stop by Military Outpost #1in District Two in order to get another. That said..." Here, Candy's voice takes on a more stern tone. "Because of events that took place at last week's Ration Allocation, security will be doubled near and around the area. Any foul-play will not be tolerated."
It is now that another voice can be heard in the background, another female voice, and it doesn't sound happy. Who could it be..?
"And now I will turn the microphone over to Ms. Elena Vahn of Social Services for a very important announcement regarding Housing Unit A in District One."
Barely a pause as the mic is more than likely yanked from the mousy woman's hands. "Attention. This is Social Services Official Elena Vahn with an announcement for all those who were directly effected by the... structural malfunction... in Midgard's apartments TEN and FIVE. Those effected need to see me and my team outside newly renovated Housing Unit C as soon as possible for temporary room assignments while our local construction professionals bring your apartments back up 'to code'."
"That is all. Carry on."
The speaker system clicks off without another word from either woman. Today is going to be a busy day.

Well, hey, ya'll~ Look who decided to run RADS today, how speshul. For all those who've yet to meet her, please be nice to Candy, she's... sensitive. XD;

It's true, everyone from apartments 10 and 5 are going to be reassigned to the-- until now empty --building which sits to the right of Niflheim; HVERGELMIR. Yes! Another apartment building with a weird name people won't be able to spell or pronounce! \o/ (LOL)

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- This will go on for 3 days in-game, which equates to the real life dates of March 16th to end of the day March 21st.
- Everyone from apartment 5 will be placed in apartment 1, while everyone from apartment 10 will be placed in apartment 2. (Note: Hvergelmir is even more ramshackle than the previous two buildings, only barely passing code. Enjoy!)
- No, the actual assigning will not be played out; just be aware that your muses are officially being pushed over into Housing Unit C and are expected to be out of their respective rooms in Midgard before the day is up. Cid's Construction will already be a presence in the building, so the quicker your muse moves, the better for everyone (in theory~ XD).
