Super... I'm not a biotic, if that's what you're asking... and I'm not sure I'd want to be. The implants come with a lot of drawbacks. Especially the L2s.

Oh. Kinda sounds like this guy Cloak I knew once. He was a runaway and they experimented on him with drugs.

Superpowers are just powers you have that are super cool. Like... I want the ability to Dazzle people with lights and stuff. Like Dazzler! Only not if I have to give up my strength.

He's okay. I don't know who they are, but he got his powers from the drugs. Which is good, 'cause I got a chance to see what he was like before... and he was lame.

Not usually. Biotics are just regular people with a unique ability. But there's a kind of drug that can give a person biotics for a short time... it's highly addictive, and dangerous.

Are they that useful?

Yeah. Dagger's can actually hurt people. Dazzler can make people cata-whatsit with hers. It's not quite as cool, but she's got an album out and everything. Her concerts are supposed to be really fun.
