[Squall's been fiddling with the SFC thing. What is this thing, seriously, the least they could do was pick a better sea animal for to model it after. He finally gets it working and...well, he can't really see anything, but that voice. That voice, he'd recognize it anywhere. He messes with it some more and gets the voice function working. Good enough.]

*Selphie jolts hard when she hears that voice, hard enough that she kicks her foot out against the leg of her desk. Owie, it really hurt, but she takes a deep breath, cradling her own SFC carefully. She only takes a breath when she mutters his name*

[It really is her! It's both a relief and a bit troubling to know that she's here.]

[Squall doesn't know why Selphie's so upset and he's not good at this comforting others thing, but he cares about Selphie (even if he won't say it) so he's going to try.]
