If it's someone I'm friendly with, I'll go "Hey -insert caller's name-? Whassup?" [magic of caller-ID].
For work, since the number's redirected to me ["public broadcast system" announcing for you to pick up the line], it'll be "Hello, -name- here".
If it's an unidentified number on my mobile, it'll be a tentative "Hello?" so that the caller identifies him/herself and his/her biz first...
