and I thought I'd see pics of the leech lodged in her nostril/sinus cavity. At least a pic of them pulling the damn thing out and showing how big it was. C'mon!

Yes, they are gross and disgusting and get into all the wrong places.. *recalls that KL excursion..* (actually, any place is a wrong place) But I assume after it had fed it would just have fallen out..
