After working 5 days in an office where the men wear shirts, ties, and pants, and the women wear skirt suits, i've come to realise what an oddity i must seem. I feel a little like the missing link. Heh

Talk about seriously straddling the margins between male and female eh ;) But it sounds like a good situation for you. I can't imagine you in boring shades of different blues anyway, haha.

Dagnabit, skirts are so darn impractical. I tell you, when I start work, I'm never going to wear skirts. Or high heels. In fact, right now, I go around in pants and track shoes all day. (and, obviously, tops.) Leaves you happier at the end of the day when your feet aren't killing you. And in the long run, I'll be the one without calluses and blisters and other assorted bad feet problems.
