oh gosh. dont think i'd ever truly understand because i actually mostly like the heat..erheh. maybe you cld get one of those hand held fans that were such a hit in pri sch..

get those little motorised scooters to help you up the long and winding hill, trust me, its no joke walking up and down that everyday for lunch (in the good ole days).
I can empathise with you. For the short period of time that I was working and had to wear the whole office get-up, I was constantly uncomfortable from the minute I put on my office clothes till the minute I took them off. I don't believe the guys can walk around with their long sleeves buttoned down, I looked like the only one who was affected by the crazy heat. If you can, bring a fan to blow under your desk, that helps somewhat.
