On another note, my fave kind of satay is the one where you have two pieces of succulent meat surrounding a middle made of fat. Or skin. Depending on what you're having.
Like the one near Deru's place and mine. New lady just opened a satay stall there and it's delicious! Though I suspect she's an Indonesian but her satay rocks so who cares!
