my tummy is singing along all the way from mount vernon-
as for "busy," I attempted to find out more information with my Japanese dictionary on the computer. The character for "busy, restless" definitely includes something that resembles the character for "heart" and the character for "kill." So I think you're right. I will attempt to find out more, and if you want I can actually write out the character because it's relatively easy. But I totally know how you feel. Totally. People around here need to SHUT UP!!! You'd think this was a sound shop SELLING NOISE! Ugh!
[all right, throwing things at Douglas now-]

this intrigues me [chinese writing, not your throwing things at douglas, tho that can be amusing]. i wonder what other words are like that... probably lots.

tangentially related to present conversation, the character for my name (my first name) means "great ocean," which either means I'm very deep or I'm constantly drowning. Right now I'm thinking the latter. I can't remember what my last name means, but it has something to do with "plentiful rice field." Yep, you can laugh now-

Now, if I take your first name phonetically and find Kanji that match up (which is illegal and wrong), I get a character that means "sorcerer, medium," or my favorite, "shrine maiden." Your last name, though; not so much-

Crisi-tunity!

:)

Had hoped to get a chance to babble at you this weekend, but never got enough free time in one space. I hope the kill-heart does not get you.

Hmmm...to be busy is to have your heart killed. Certainly can be true.
